I've spoken with both Will and Mike Collins in the past on EDI Service and found them both outstanding. Will, as we all know, has always gone the extra mile for products he believes in.

Sorry to hear you are leaving, but I hope that the seeds of sincere customer service you planted at EDI will not wither and die, your caring about the product really made a difference in the end and good journey to where ever you may land!
It's always sad to hear of the departure of someone as well liked and well respected in the knife industry as yourself. Your devotion to customer service and your presence in the knife community will be sorely missed.
Will - Why don't you give us a call. Speak with Me or Michelle. Things are hectic right now (several shows at once) so we might be a little hard to catch.
