All-Metal Knives

We have all probably seen a few of these. Sturdy, capable, but not warm and fuzzy;), they are likely inexpensive to build, relative to nice jigged bone-handled knives, and the like.

4 parts, plus pins, will make one. 2 handles, one spring and one blade!! It's hard to turn down a nice one, if it comes up!:rolleyes:

When I was a kid in the 60's and early 70's I traveled to Austria every summer and always picked up an all metal SS knife at a knife shop. I really liked those but never seen them here in the states. They were flat, two bladed and the grips had a pattern. Good solid and centered. No blade play . Top quality. Anyone have any of these all stainless steel knives here?
 
I have a lot of these, mainly Sheffield penknives, some of them are quite nice, will have to take some pics. In the meantime...
