ALL NEW Busse Pets Thread

Man, that is awesome. I would love to wake up to those guys on my lawn.

Garth
It is crazy how these groups of doe & big bucks will walk right up to our house windows and look in. Previous owners were feeding them for over 20 years off the front porch.
Wild turkeys come thru also looking for the easy meals.
I used to have to go find the "big bucks" living in New Mexico, & now they come to me- crazy but I like it!
Not worried any longer hearing news of possible "food shortages"...
We got "health food" strolling thru the yard!

Best friend ever ❤️

OK, gotta do some hearts on this- Let me say, sparing no lack of absolute conviction, this is one hell of a photograph and amazing piece of gods work.

I've never owned, or devoted myself to an individual horse, but I have taken care of them from hitting the ground in a sack of *you don't want to know if you don't know* to taking a saddle, becoming an adult. If you've ever been through it, just something you know is so special. I must add, Arabians can be total assholes....just saying. I had a mother kick her foal against the wall when it was born. I hand raised that stud with a bottle because his mother was a piece of shit whore.....38 years later I'm still bitter you bet your ass. What a bitch she was..... So, a lot like some humans :D

Amazing photo composition, sorry, have to put it out there. :D

Everything Leonardo said. Well, except the hand-raising of a colt.
My daughter has been riding now for 7 years. Maybe more. English style. I've always loved horses (almost as much as dogs), and I (almost) never miss a chance to go to the barn with her. She has been working with this one part-Welsh pony that used to be a handful to ride, as she didn't get ridden enough, and wasn't trained properly for jumping. When she started, she was the only one that could ride her other than one of the instructors, and her owner (which only rode her on trails). In less than two years, that pony has come to the point she can be used as a school pony (with students that have a little experience). She has really matured, but is still a speed-demon.

Every one of them has a unique personality, and it is a tremendous reward to get to know one.

Hey guys, thanks for your comments. I totally agree. When you can raise your horse, it is something absolutely special. I bought mine when he was two years old. Many friends told me I am fool because of lack of my experience with young horses. I spend many many hours with him. A lot of hard work. Sometimes up, sometimes down. Sometimes it hurts 😉 . But no regrets! Now he is four years old and we are on a good way. I am not a horse whisperer, I am not professional. I just love him and trying to do my best. He has blood of many legends like Smooth As A Cat, Smart Little Lena, Dog Bar etc. We both work hard - reining, cutting… But honestly, I enjoy most our trips in the fields and woods. 👍 I changed my life because of
him. He’s like my another child.
