I haven't been keeping up with today's activities, but I am giving until Friday for my knife to show up...otherwise a dispute will be filed.
For reference, I received the tracking number of "9400109699939526248580" which shows delivered to San Rafael, California. Now, even if you shipped it to any of my paypal addresses (Oklahoma, Kentucky, Illinois, California), I would understand....but thats not even the right city of any of those.
Care to explain or provide proof of your activities?

look closely smart one, it has the same tracking info but the right address.. explain that, I can't. let the mods come here so I can show them its a freakin usps mishap or something. I have the proof but I just don't want to share all your addresses with this forum...

What are you talking about its a screen shot off of my PayPal, it gives the transaction number and shipping info and all! What's wrong with you guys! I show the pictures that proves its just a glitch yet you still blame me! It shows me sending the knife to the right address with the tracking numbers you got , I have no idea why payoal's bs tracking thing says delivered in San Rafael! But how can't you guys see it! And how's it possibly a fake photo you think I'm a magician!?

We talked about how the potential for a USPS problem potentially exists, but again, thats via email. I was also forwarded a shipping receipt with my correct destination address, but since I am not a photoshop master I don't know if its legit or not. I can only think we all have similar items/receipts for each purchase. Now, that is up to the individual person to decide whether they see the item as legit or not.
In the end, I am waiting for a couple days to see what happens, and will go from there. Yes, its unfortunate that problems have happened, whether due to being sick/usps mishap/etc, but also understand that some folks have lives besides a forum. I am not trying to stick up for anyone, by any means, just giving my $0.02. I also feel that if you are selling something to a group of people...by all means that want to be happy. Thats a common business principle across any industry, market, etc.

As a newer member it pains me to see threads like this; ruins it for a lot of us that may want to sell or trade eventually.
As a 3rd party in all this I'm telling you now there are way too many excuses and major red flags that make think anything other than all you buyers are getting hosed.

I'm trying to stay positive Tango... this is only my second transaction through the forums. I bought a Snakewood Sebenza for close to 3 times the money I may lose to this guy but that purchase went smoother than buying it from a retail store. I thought this seller with 3 positive feedacks would have at least some scruples but unfortunately he's just an excuse machine thus far. If he turns out to be a bad apple don't let it spoil the bunch. I wont and I potentially lost 259 bucks until Paypal or my Credit Card refunds me...
While I am new here, I am not new to forums. I have bought and sold thousands of dollars on multiple forums ranging from archery to rc helicopter forums. There is one thing in common, there is always a bad apple. While this guy may, or may not, be a bad apple it to prove the reason why Paypal should never be sent in the form of "gift". It's worth it's weight in gold to pay the extra, or have the seller pay, for the security. I have been ripped off one time and its not a good feeling knowing that a fellow enthusiasts is taking advantage of a friendly situation. I really do hope this is one big misunderstanding, but as a psychic would say, "the cards aren't lining up".
