Bought my first Elishewitz a couple months ago, a MARS, that had a minor defect (not their fault, it was in the laser cutting, something he farms out) They took the return right away and gave me a choice of all their knives they had prepared for the NY Show. Valerie was kind enough to send me pictures of the ones I was interested in and shipped my new Specter 2nd day air at no extra charge. A+

I went ahead and ordered a new MARS with my choice of blade, bolsters and handle material (large blade, mokume bolters and orange jig-bone) I was told, and was expecting a 5 month wait. Well, 5 "weeks" later my new knife was at my door and it was Peeeerfect. I am planning on getting another soon, and would recommend them without hesitation. Check 'em out!

I'd have to agree with Kingknives completely.I placed an order for a Spectre (damascus,mokume bolsters and mop scales)on 4/4 and was told it could take up to 5 months.Then today I pull in my driveway after work just as the UPS truck shows up.And today's my birthday,it just doesn't get any better than that

The knife is perfect,exactly the way I pictured it when I ordered.I'll definately be ordering more knives from Allen and Valerie.

Allen is great. I picked up an older Omega from someone on the forums which had had the clip ripped off and hap hazardly put back on. I showed it to Allen at the NY show, he took it back to his shop and fixed it up new for the cost of shipping.
