You've convinced me. I need to buy a Persian.

Extremely nice photos. I might have to take a closer look at the Persian.

...Never thought I'd see a bong/hookah in a knife photo shoot...lol :D

Very nice Somona. As we have learned to expect from you. Skill, imagination and depth of thought.

Nice shots Simona!! Lol, and my friend has a bong like that except his is disguised as a desk lamp.

Sal, thanks for making such a pretty knife! I love it!

I picked one up at the MBC course in Ohio with Mike Janich last week from Mike Sastre.

It's been EDC'd since then in the RFP. As another noted, the clip and design of the knife keep it out of the way more than most other folders. I like that. It sits light, rides well, accesses well from the pocket, cuts like hell with the VG-10 blades design, and overall fit and finish is on par with other higher priced folders on the market.

Best of all, it's a lockback!!!!!!!!!, and thats all I'll carry other than a few frame lock folder choices.

I do not like the micarta scales, but then, I don't like micarta at all. Too slick when the hands get sweaty. Once opened, it's rock solid in the hand and you'll only drop the knife if you relax your grip.

It reminds me of a Buck 110 with the persian blade design and a more ergonomic grip. I've seen 110's used hard by officers for 20 years, thats what I expect this Persian to last for under hard use [ not that it will see it though ].

:) I sure appreciate your posting these magnificent photos of this beautiful knife! I have just recently been going through the old, familiar "self-justification process" that I seem to have to go through each time I consider a new knife purchase. You have helped immeasureably with this superb display of "Eye Candy"!

Thanks, Jeff/1911

Those are some great pictures. I never really considered buying the Persian, but now I'm reconsidering. That is a beautiful knife.
