Alright boys, I'm back and I'm getting ready for the weekend.
I got the Parks 50
I got a forge that can hold consistent temperature (Thanks Harbeer)

I can't afford the satanite right now.

But I'm thinking about wrapping the blade in wire to get the cement something to hold.

I'm also thinking about doing full thickness heat treatment at .130 from spine to edge. To prevent wrapping.

Just want you guys to know I'm still here just been trying to get better gear.

I'll shoot more questions this weekend.

Are you getting satanite somewhere up here, or bringing it up? I've been hard pressed to find anything other than the hardware store stuff, or Mizzou like castable.
