Always Have Your Knife

Hey, maybe the firefighters lived in the neighborhood and were sitting around watching TV when the accident happened and they rushed out to see what was going on?
Can't fault them for that.

I never leave the house w/o a knife, but I don't always loaf around the house with a knife in my pocket.

Like Most Prison like cities Milwaukee Residents are restricted. Fire Fighters, Especially Off duty, aren't coppers.

Because WI's state law is so vague, we use case law to determine what knives are legal vs. illegal. Case law are decisions handed down the high courts of WI, and some of these rulings set a standard for judgment in other cases (called precedent). The rulings from WI courts are publicly available on the web. Of particular note is a case called State of Wisconsin v. Ronnie A. Malloy (2003). In this case, the judges uphold Malloy's conviction for a concealed weapon because the folding knife he was carrying looked as though it was designed as a weapon.
