Am I almost finished?

It will depend, to some extent, on how you feel about that small Sebenza.

I agree, though, with blades&wrenches - you're more likely to reach a hiatus than a finish line. I think my personal record is 6 yrs without a knife purchase.
I think I'm pretty much hitting one myself - I was pretty much there, but a Tolk slid in under the wire (I'd been looking for a while, and one hit the price I couldn't ignore). I do have a few fixed blades on order; but, sadly, I've already lost interest in them. I won't cancel them; but I'll probably end up turning them loose as long as I can get my money back.

I think that I've "gone through" about 20-30 small and large Sebbies and Zaan in various configuration. It barely slowed me down...temporarily.

There's a finish line. It's called death. I'm not in a hurry to get there. Enjoy the ride.

Chances are you'll never be fully content. I'm more than content with my woodlore, microtech delta, and my esee junglas.
But I still have quite the wandering eye because now I need a good quality skinner, a classic scout knife, maybe a higher end chopper.
Oh a knife for my plate carrier, a custom hatchet etc etc etc

Only thing I suggest is have a revolving door on the non-core collection . Much easier on your wallet.

Nope. The longest I have ever gone without buying a knife was 9 months and that was only because the Navy put me on an aircraft carrier that only made 7 port calls in those 9 months, twice each at Pearl Harbor and Subic Bay RP, coming and going, 1x each in Perth, Mombasa and Singapore and I didn't have a lot of free time to go looking.

Nooooooo..!! No as I have 3 Seb's now and I will never say I am through buying or trading or it has been written in stone that I have got my last knife.!*** I will have my last knife when my you know what stops ticking for sure !
And yes I am close to that milestone but not a 100% just yet but 98% sure and holding.* Enough said on said subject.!**

Almost finished?!? Umm ... Sorry to break the news to you ... but you've barely begun :)
Sorry about that.
After you get the modern itch scratched, you'll discover the world of traditionals ... and the umpteen million different variations, patterns, handle materials, blade profiles ...

You can finish. All it takes is a new interest to divert your attention away from knives.

I bought a single modern folder and now I am finished...with modern folders.
I have almost two dozen Swiss army knives and will probably get a couple more before I'm done.

I've already gone through flashlights, fountain pens, drafting pencils, and ham radios.

I have no idea what's next.

Become a knifemaker. You will buy less knives.
