Am I missing out by not owning a griptilian?

Never did indicate whether you're missing something.

Since it appears you already own knives with an axis-lock and you already own knives that fullfill the functionality of a Griptillian in the knife rotation...

I'd say it all depends on how the Griptilian fits in your hand.

If the Grip fits your hand better than what you have now, then you are missing something.

If not, then you're out nothing.
 
Depends what you want out of the knife.

If you're looking for something that's as nice as your customs, you're going to be disappointed.

If you're looking for an EDC knife with practical materials and a lot of bang for the buck, get a Mini Griptilian.

...Or a Native, or a Delica, or...
