I updated the thread. I've managed to come into contact with him, and he provided a picture of the package and says it was shipped Wednesday of this week.

With that timeline, it's perfectly reasonable that it would not have arrived yet. Updates to follow.

So, basically, I have an upside-down picture of a priority envelope that shows only that our respective addresses are on it. No postage or tracking information.
 
I seems that this individual is going down a pretty bad path with other members. Failure to pay when he says "I'll take it", unreasonable amount of time to ship an item he sold, and other issues. If this persists, there really is no choice but to lock his account permanently. We do not want to harbor liars, thieves, and flakers here.
