Am I the only one MJ&S did not contact?

Now that it seems that MJ&S is up and running again, I would like to know if there are any others like me who have still not heard anything about their orders? I placed an order for a Spyderco Harpy on August 24th. It was supposed to be a birthday present to myself at the end of August. I think that it may be closer to a Halloween gift than anything.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I recieved an e-mail last week stating that the knife I ordered from him was not in stock, and(according to UPS ground tracking) should be at his store no later than the next day. Mark told me as soon as he recieves the shipment, that same day the knife will be mailed to me. I find it strange that he has not replied to you at all. Maybe you should try e-mailing him again? I'll keep you updated on my order status through the forum.
 
I e-mailed Mark this morning, already got a response. Not only did he let me change my order, he is also mailing it to me monday. I almost bought one of those s&w otf 1600's. Thanks to the people in (the knife review forum), I wont be making that mistake.
 
I have not heard anything yet. I think he is mad at me. One e-mail I sent him said to the effect that if I didn't hear from him I would cancel my order. I even called his answer machine and left a message since the last time I posted. I think that either he has confused me with Harikari or did not like the tone of my private e-mail to him and said to heck with me. I do not know for sure as he has not communicated anything to me. I don't even know if he received my order. I am ready to move on and put this episode behind me. Thanks for your interest.

Just wanted to know if you got your knife. For me it's been 63 days. I keep sending Mark e-mail and when he does reply he tells me the same thing, "will get it out this week". Getting tired of this. Noticed on several posts that he has sent several orders out. My order wasn't mush but still it was an order placed and paid for in good faith.
 
Sadly, I have given up on my order. I contacted my credit card company about removing the charge off my bill since I did not receive any merchandise. I don't even want the knife from MJ&S anymore because every time I would look at it I would be reminded of all the expectant waiting I went through daily hoping for it to arrive. I feel much better now that I contacted my credit card company. It also helped ease my dissapointment that I bought a Tri-angle sharpmaker from Discount Knives instead. I'll probably get the Harpy from Brian at Discount Knives as a Christmas gift for myself. I also want to add that I have no hard feelings toward MJ&S. I think that under different circumstances doing business with MJ&S would have been great. I won't even try to find out again however.

Just wanted to jump in here and give my support to Mark.

I see this thread has been going on a while, I would have jumped
in sooner but was off the forums for a while myself due to some
personal issues, so I can understand what Mark is going thru.

Just want to say I have dealt with him many times and never had a
problem, and after speaking with him as well I know where he's
coming from with his work ethic and he will make good on things.

Mark is A#1
