Am I the only one who doesn’t like Spyderco

As the title states. I have never owned or had the desire to buy a Spyderco. I’ve had friends who love them and I’ve handled them, but they are just not my cup of tea. Am I the only one with no love for them?

no, im not a huge fan of the spydy hole tbh. i have very few spydercos but mostly the hawkbill versions made famous by Dr.Lector.

I'm neutral on them. Have a few and there are some aspects of the product I like and others I don't.

I’ve owned several but aesthetically,their not very attractive to me.

They can be a bit rough around the edges, depending on which model you get. They clearly prioritize the blade over the handle design, whereas most American manufacturers do the opposite. I appreciate how seriously they take their heat treating and how they aren't afraid to go out there with weird designs.

While I appreciate their HT and steels, I've always found that they take up too large of a profile in my pocket (having to have the spydie hole exposed makes them rather broad). Slim from the sides, but tall from the top.

I love my Spyderco's. I don't like thumbstuds, so a hole, flipper, front flipper, or auto/OTF is preferred.

I love Spyderco's ergonomics, they just fit my hands.

For me, I don't like Benchmades, and I have what I feel are valid reasons.

To each their own.
