AMC Walking Dead Season 2

Yeah, there was some gratuitous Team Gemini zombie killing going on :thumbup:

If I remember right, it was the original version of the TG, tanker grey blade and black canvas micarta.



Also makes me want a Team Gemini :o
 
At first it looked like a CG Team Gemini but the last shot of it flashed a little shine...I couldn't figure out which it was but I was thinking TG also.

I wonder how much gerber paid to show off their Bear grillis line and their Woodsmans Pal copy.
 
The Team Gemini looks to be a satin finished version that they had to either refinish or spray with something to lessen the reflective properties of the Busse satin finish. I'm more inclined to say "sprayed", as it gives them the option to remove it later if they want or need that back for another scene. :) I also wondered about DCBB, but with that glint off the NM finish on the pommel's protruding tang, it looks like the satin ones I just scored. It also looks like black canvas micarta on it, but I could be wrong.

I also tell my wife who loves these Zombie and Vampire show's. Busse get's around, don't they? Ha!
 
Makes me want a TG too!! I'll definitely be grabbing the LBS version. this is the first time product placement has worked on me. Nice going Jerry!

The LBS TG should be sick!!!! Actually cant think of a better Busse to get that treatment than the TG - I sold mine because I found it to be rather handle heavy and not as nicely balance as the similar NMSFNO...

Yeah! I quite agree. Although I've never held the TG, it seems like my NMSFNO suits me better for camping. With the LB treatment, it'll be a totally different knife! Extremely light and capable of a lot. I'd rather take a TG into zombie battle over an NMSFNO.

I really like Norman Reedus and his character on the show. If I were part of their crew, I'd carry my Rucki in a pack, the TG on my waist in a black dangler, and an expensive (Horton?) crossbow. I'd probably carry a side arm too, and of course a smaller knife.

What does LBS mean? Is there a TG on the horizon? It should be allied TGZG. TEAM GEMINI ZOMBIE GUTTER

Haha I'm pretty sure one of those Bear Gryls knives, the funky looking machete, scored a zombie kill. I really shouldn't talk isht since I don't know a single thing about that line of blades except it has Gerber's (they used to make good knives, that still counts as legendary blades, right?) and Bear Gryls' (who's about as much of an elite operator as Richard Simmons is an Olympic trainer) seal of approval.

Light Brigade Series, they had a proto LB TG at Blade. As for being "on the horizon", hard telling, it could be one of those knives that are available at shows but never actually are available from the site or the company store. The TGs are definitely out there, but aren't getting too much hype because they look a little weird. But they are pretty cool and feel good.

And if there was a "gutter" model, it really needs a guthook :D *cough* *cough* ;)
