Amy-0 Finds Vintage Busse Chef Knife Pattern. . .

The NICKs were over 1/2" narrower because the handle didn't rise above the spine. . . The stock that VTW used was nearly .300" thick. . . I don't really want to grind that down to .125" :eek:

So, ATS-34 gets the nod on this one. . . No worries though. . . what we can do with ATS-34 would blow your mind!!!!. . . Amy-0 should be very pleased!!!

I don't know! You should have seen my Italian granny in the kitchen -- that COULD HAVE BEEN Rocket Science!! It was sure complicated enough.
