I'll take care of shipping but what I do want is suggestions on the grind. As long as the tip of the spine falls below the scales when closed I'm open to suggestions. The community came together to make this repair happen, I want the communities input on the final product.

I'd say go with the regrind to restore the original blade shape :thumbup:

Don't forget OP, I don't know if you have any interest, but I'd be happy to send you a free kydex belt sheath for the Yojimbo 2. I have a spare lying around with no use for it. If not, no harm, no foul, just throwing it out there as I literally have no use for it.

But thanks to those here I think I'll be ok. Seems most want to give CharlieMike free reign to do as he pleases, which is what I was hoping would happen. Thanks to everyone for their input.

My concern would be the tip would rest above the scales with that. Might be best to consider the best grind with it in hand and able to see where the blade falls when it's closed.

Got it back today.
First and foremost, a true thank you to Charlie Mike. The grind and improved blade shape look great! Looks great closed as well. And I believe shaving sharp is an understatement. Looking forward to getting this back in my pocket.
