Drew, I have never had any work done by you, but I know you have been on the forums for a long time, and have always enjoyed your posts and pictures of your work. I know of a few members that have knives done by you, and they all speak very highly of it and you. I know you goofed the first time by letting people hang, and not contacting them. You came on and explained yourself very well. Now, maybe you find it easier the second time around to simply ignore the problem? Drew, I dont think I need to tell you that this is not fair to those who have trusted you with their knives and money. Look, just come back, BEG forgiveness and finish your work, or see to it that you put their knives back in working order, apologize and return their knives ASAP. Take your lumps, and move on. I think you will find that these members are some of the most understanding and forgiving folks you will find, but anybodys kindness can only go so far. Do not take advantage of peoples trust. Im sure something can be worked out with your customers, and hopefully your reputation as a stand up guy can be restored, but you must confront this problem NOW!!! A good reputation can take a great amount of time to build, and can be destroyed overnight by something like this. You are fortunate that your customers are willing to give you many chances, but their patience is wearing thin, and understandably so. It may seem harsh that some have stated a willingness to take legal action, but what choice have you left them? The ball is in your court Drew, lets hope you di the right thing.
