Oh thank goodness. I was on the verge of something I would have regretted later I'm sure. I had looked at that one at least twice a week since I started the art project. It is a model I dearly want, it is the thickness I want, and it has the grind I want...but I am trying very hard to limit the phenolic handles in this project and wood would suit the character I have in mind for that model much better.

Did you get it? I might not have been able to resist if it was convexed, but that scandi would look real nice all polished up with darkened flats after a few weeks of cutting with that O1
