Premium materials - G10 (better than plastic/rubber) and M4 - great steel.

M4 is already somewhat resistant to corrosion, so it's nearly a non-issue (ask Spyderco). I'd rather have a DLC coating that looks great for years than Cerakote that looks like ass after a day of use.
