Anodized aluminum scales on my Manix

I second that, Beglitched!

Mr. Grimsmo, when will the Para 2 Scales become available?

Just did mine. Love them! Need to get a black screw for that last hold down point. Can't stand the thought of putting a silver screw in there, but I'll find one eventually. Thanks for the great craftsmanship! Went on like a dream!

I just bought the paramilitary2 today and I'm so excited to find these! When will they be available?

I've had some real problems with that knife, getting the liners to match up perfectly, but I'm finally getting it figured out and I hope to have Para 2 scales finished this month. Thanks for the interest!

Any chance of Titanium Para 2 Scales?
It's something I definitely want to try, I love my Para 2 and it would be seriously drool worthy in Ti. I just machined my first thing out of Ti the other day and it went alright, so I'm hopeful.

Glad you love them Jim!!! Must have picked them up from BladeHQ? Love those guys. I just found a source for that screw in black that is a teensy bit longer but will work well. When I get them I'll be happy to send you two for free, shoot me an e-mail with your address.

Yes sir, Blade HQ. They've continued to impress me with every purchase. I see a couple more candidates for future Manix purchases, keep cranking out the great looking scales and I'll keep coming back for more! I'll take you up on that offer. Saves me from having to dig through bins at the hardware store if you've already got a source. Thanks!

Lightning Strike Carbon Fiber, this was the first time I've machined carbon fiber and I LOVE IT!!! For these ones I still have to sand them down and polish them up, will post pics when they're done.

Beautiful work!
Do you work with Titanium?
I'm finally starting to, made my first set of titanium handles a few weeks ago for my first custom knife, they machined alright I guess, very tough material, still need more practice. One day soon I would like to offer very limited quantities of Ti scales.

Hey bro! Any chance of Lightning strike CF for the Para 2?
Working on it! First I've got to get my Para2 design to fit perfectly, those darn nested liners are giving me grief. I figured out a new way to machine them that will be more accurate and should cure my problems, so after that point I will definitely make a few sets of LSCF scales for the Para 2, I want a set for myself!! Should happen this month, I even have LSCF in the proper Para2 thickness ready to go.

I got the LSCF Manix 2 scales sanded smooth today, started with 220 grit, then 600 wet with WD40, then 1500 wet with WD40, they're EPICLY SMOOTH now.

All I know is, if you made these to fit the new Manix XL; I would buy the knife just so I could put your scales on it!

THESE ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!

do you ship to the US? I am willing to ship up my paramilitary 2 so you can experiment with it if necessary(really interested in buying your work when/if you release for paramilitary 2). These look of these are amazing and almost makes them no longer look like a manix but a new knife all together.

I am serious about sending up my paramilitary 2 if you want to experiment with it. I am truly curious about what you can do since your an artist of handles.
