Mr. Mike Turber,
Regarding your "Huge Blow Out Knife Sale" offer of the 19th May 2001.
On the 22nd May, I ordered from you. A few e-mails later ...... and despite your e-mailing me on the 20th July 2001 assuring me that the order had been dispatched long before, nothing ever arrived.
It's now how many months later ?
Attempts to communicate: total number of e-mails = 19
(I reckon that's about 15 of mine, and 4 of yours. Being fair, perhaps you wrote one more, and me one less, so it could be 14 of mine and 5 of yours.) (If you like, I'll double check.)
Your 20th July 2001 e-mail was the last one to me.
Since then, I've sent you 6 e-mails - not a one of them have been acknowledged, let alone answered.
The last e-mail I sent to you was on the 18th Jan 2002.
Then there's the International telephone calls. They number 6 in total. That means six of mine, and none of the other. You haven't responded by e-mail or phone to any of my phone calls. If you like, I'll check my itemised phone bills, and let you know how much they have cost me.
So I have to - not that I want to - contact you this way.
Would you believe that I'm still trying to contact you about an order you said was dispatched long before the 20th July last year.
I wonder why I'm bothering now.
