Another Case of Shameless Sodbuster Adulation (NC-17)

Here is the little brother of the Moore Maker sodbuster Blues just got. I really like the color of the bone on these puppies.

The photo is the "welcome to the Traditional Forum" picture we took of Grateful's Girl (aka Kelly) when she came on board.
That is Blues on the left. You can recognize him from those shirts he always wears. That is Kelly in the middle of course, she wore her favorite hat. The handsome dude on the right is yours truly.

You cool folsky folk totally crack me up! ROTFLMAO :D:D:D

The fella in Mike's post is obviously a sweet potato farmer, and carries a sample wherever he goes.

And as for you, Kerry, you should know better than to excite Robuck on a Saturday, and then tempt him with more avatar options.

What a bunch of sodbusters. :) I don't think Will Rogers ever met Borat.

Great knife Elliott, and thanks for sharing that one. (Alfred E. Neumann disappeared...but "What...me worry?")

Nice one Rob. I think Blues is wishing he had a hat like Kelly's.

You're all shameless! :p

It just ain't right that I never get to wear the black hat.

(Just missin' Nelly Belle in that thar picture. Well, I guess Trigger and Buttermilk might want to be included as well!)

Rob, that sodbuster looks great. I took the frugal route for this one, sticking with the delrin. I figured this way if it wasn't what I had hoped for, at least the belt sheath would have made it less than a total loss.

As it turns out, I'm pretty dang happy with it.

Blues, he was always my favorite, I love the way he cocked that rifle. Still can not do it.

Chuck Connors, Thomason, Bastid & Blues...some folks are just born to break ground...thank the folksy gods for that. ;)

Where you plow determines what you see. ;)

People have been emailing me asking if I have a picture of fewpop.
This is one he sent me just yesterday after he got that new sodbuster he posted in post #1. He said that happy look on his face is because the knife fits so well in the chest pocket of his overalls.

Should have seen me in my giddy younger days. That's my brother fewpop2 beside me. I'm the handsome one.

I laughed so hard at Thomason's photo and text of "me in my favorite hat" that my 12 year old daughter actually came out of her cave to see what was going on. Loved it, but you're mistaken, Thomason. My favorite hat is on my fellow's head in this photo. This picture was taken of me and Grateful right after he opened all his new trappers. (You'll notice he doesn't look anything like either of those two inbreds, KnifeHead.)

For some reason, Ford has been sending me pictures of himself for some time now.

Here's one of him prior to going fishing.

May have to change the title of this thread to shameless scrodbuster or slobbuster adulation.:eek::eek:

Elliott, I think it was the combination of "shameless" and "adulation" in the same phrase that pushed Mike and Kerry over the brink and into the NC-17 zone.

...and Mike, that's my skydiving outfit...you got the photos mixed up again.:o

When I hit 2000 posts, I'm gonna give that outfit away right here on the folksy forum.

Talk about death from above!

Just so you folks know that we don't make this stuff up, I'll share the photo Mike meant to show where I am in an inverted HALO dive with my strike team (Elliott, Rob, and Mike) behind me as we approach LZ Cocoa Butter at the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Aruba finals last Summer. Unfortunately my `chute did not deploy properly, and I took out 3 judges when I touched down. My team volunteered to sub-judge though, and we (once again) saved the day. ;)

:) It's hard to find boots that stay on during those 140 mph freefalls. :)
