i got one of these and i gotta say the chinese can make a pretty solid knife if you give em $55 vs the usual $2 they work with. I still like my us made samll sebbie but I would never carry it on duty for fear of it getting melted in a fire, lost at accident etc. so i carry my fake sabenza and its done great.

This type of crap sounds familiar. It's as if I've dealt with this guy before. I think this guy (ffemtarsal) is a troll

What "credibility"? People who try to sell fakes with slippery "deniable" language have none.

Thank goodness the winning buyer will be receiving some random knife along with the fake, so it will all "even out"! Now it's okay, right? No credibility ruined here.

ffemtarsal, please don't identify yourself as a Firefighter/ EMT any longer. Everyone I know in that field in honorable and out there to help people, not scam them.

Is there any way to find out who the buyer is so they can be notified?
What a piece of crap. We all need to report him and hopefully his ebay account
will be terminated.
 
Found out you can't anymore. I tried to contact him and got this:

and he would not be the first self centred scumbag i've met from "the brotherhood".

if you're not passing the ripoff on to next dupe learn to write properly mate.
 
Not taking sides but I noticed that all the seller's eBay auctions have similar dim, lousy pix, so maybe he did not take a bad pic of THIS auction item in particular. Also noticed that the fake Sebenza in the youtube video linked above was a classic design, so it would not be the same knife.

Kinda ironic that this came up at the same time as Haze's post showing how close to the real thing these fakes are getting. I hope this guy's buyer just got a good deal on a CRK knife and not a screwing.
 
I did buy a fake, and sold it on Craigslist a couple days ago after lettin my buddy take a look at it. This one I bought from a guy with a bob lum tanto for $415. For the last time if it is a fake il either give him another knife (or knifes) to make up or give him most of the money back. What i think was left out was the fact that i had a birth certificate before my girlfriend threw it out. Hell you guys can think what you want of me, i take pride in taking care of my customers and making sure they get what they pay for, no less, but maybe more. Ive sold other knifes and fire service items not only on ebay but outside of ebay and have always ended the day with one very satisfied customer
