I would like to put another one of these up for sale. Description is pretty much the same as the ones before. Steel is O-1 heat treated to 58-60 HRC and etched with ferric chloride to show a hamon. Blade thickness is 3/16", Oal is 8" blade length is 3 1/2" scales are corian with brass hardware. (I call the scales Salt & Pepper) but they really match that rock in the pic. Sheath is 7-8oz veg tanned leather treated in hot bees wax stiched by hand, with artifical sinew. $95.00 shipped CONUS ( I ship with UPS)
Check or Money Order <<<< SOLD >>>> Thanks Hondo.3

Thanks for looking
Nick Allen:)

Thanks for your kind words guys, I was starting to wonder if my selection of handle slabs was not a good choice.

Things are just slow in general around here...many of the forums actually. Gotta believe the nice weather has alot to do with it. Happens every year around this time through summer.

I bought one posted 2 weeks ago.
Very happy with the Knife.
It will go with me to the deer camp.
Very sturdy and very sharp. I like it.
Sheath fits perfect.

Fiddlestick

Thanks for the great feedback guys. I will be gone today-sunday so if anyone sends me a e-mail and I don't respond don't be alarmed. I will be back sunday.

Thanks again
Nick:)

Well, the deal fell through with Talon, so this one is back up for sale.

Thanks again for looking.

I like these slabs more than the last piece that you put up. Hamon looks good. It reminds me a bit of B.L. Goode's work. Good price. Very tempting.

My only suggestion is that a black sheath might have better complemented the salt and pepper slabs.

Thanks 007. I'll get the mail in the morning.

Hondo, thanks for the feed back on your thoughts of my color selection on the other piece up for sale. I thought I would try something a little more bold in color...... I think I went too bold.

Thanks again fellas

I don't think that the corian on the other knife is too bold at all. Matter of fact, I think the other knife is perfect, and the only thing I don't like about it is that the sheath isn's horizontal carry. Otherwise I'd have been in touch. But the knife itself is a great shape, the handle is attractive, and everything looks great.

I would like to give this one another go-round as well

Thanks for looking
Nick

If you'll ship to Canada, I'll take it.

Edited to add: I thought this one was long gone. When I checked out the thread this evening, I noticed that there were three other people viewing it. I made a quick decision. I didn't want to let it get away.

What's with all the deals being backed out of? This evening there were three knives back up for sale after people bailed. I'm sure there were good reasons. It was just a little surprising.
