I'd have to agree - a good model 94 or 1894 carbine in 30-30 is a very practical gun good for hunting up to moose with the right bullet and proper bullet placement and makes a good home defense gun. Cast bullets work well in the old "thutty-thutty".

But we digress - the things that need to be done about OSHA is all Americans in the shooting sports need to come out of the closet and let them know it is not acceptable. Look at the fury over the Jim Zumbo incident and tell me you can't do the same with OSHA. NRA needs to step up to this big time and let the OSHA antigunners know why their proposals are bogus.
