Another un-satisfactory experience with benchmade....

Edited----Benchmade finally came through...... and sent me my clips..... Im very glad to get them... Although it took a couple extra weeks ,, i will not be so quick to jump the gun.....

Dunno.

I e-mailed them about the fact that my AFCK clip caught on a few chair sides (due to my fat a$$), and was sprung.

I asked about the cost of a replacement. They e-mailed back withing 24 hourts and asked for shipping information so they could determine shipping.

Provided, and they then responded they woudl send one out gratis.

Just my experience.
 
I called and spoke with BM last week about sending me a new clip for my Rukus. It hasn't showed up yet, but hopefully it will in the next couple of days. Hope it works out for ya bud.

I don't own any BM's anymore, but I have had 4 or 5 clips sent to me for free. *$%#@^& (a VERY prominent knife company on this forum), on the other hand,promised to send me clips on 3 occasions and never once came through.

go figure!

I have recieved very good service from benchmade on several occasions,new clips ,replacement of lost or damaged fasteners all over the phone(talking to a real person) all at no charge even when it was my fault. :D
