Anvil from a ship dock cleat?

The only welding I can see is the square plate that's welded to the bottom, everything else appears to be one piece.

It might be easier to move your smithy to the dock. Heck, may as well just open up a forging class while you're at it... 12 or so right? I'm sure nobody will mind. Just act like you own the place.
Most people won't mess with a big burly bearded man holding a hammer.
