Any .22 Fans?

Yeah, I'm a little envious. They're supposed to be very accurate so we'll see how it does.
Hoopster, nice find your brother made there. I really like that piece of history. For some reason, anything that says military looks even better in my eyes. Never seen one of those before, but I wouldnt mind one.

I love .22s, I had a marlin 60 but it was sold to help purchase a cz 452 American, these guns are great shooters, can't recommend one enough! Also have a little savage cub youth model that is a great pack gun, very accurate with it's little peep site.
I have good luck with the federal bulk packs.

.22's are great. My .22 arsenal includes:

Customized Ruger 10/22. Only the receiver and bolt remain original
Ruger MK II KMK512 with Volquartsen hammer, sear and trigger
Ruger MK II KMK513 totally original
Ruger MK II 22/45 4 inch bull barrel
Ruger MK II 50th Anniversary Standard model
Winchester 69A bolt action rifle
Benelli MP95E target pistol
CZ-75 Kadet

I'd love to get one of the new Browning downsized 1911 .22's when the become available.

i refinished 3 old .22 mossbergs the past 5 months; did a good job too...and now that i have them all done, i have no interested in shooting them...not sure what i will do with them in the long term...but for now i've actually vacuum sealed them and put them in deep storage...

mostly i've been shooting my semi-auto .22 pistol, and on occasion a single shot bolt .22 magnum...

You can't go wrong with a .22

So far I have a Marlin 39A rifle and Ruger MKIII pistol.

Very accurate and cheap to shoot too.

I like my .22's as well, My favorite of all my guns to shoot ! I have 2-Ruger 10/22's, 1-Sporter & 1-Carbine. I have 1 Savage model64FV (I think) Semi-Auto w/ bull barrel. I have 1-Ruger MKII Target SS w/ 5" bull barrel. The 10/22's have both had a trigger job & they shoot pretty good with the stock barrel. But the Savage is a tack driver ! the MKII pistol is awsome to ! My next .22LR rifle will be a Savage MKII, flat out shooter & hard to beat for the money ! I had a very nice Remington 512 but at the time I was in need for some cash & sold it...I wish I had it back !

The Federal bulk kept failing to eject, and I started blaming it on my rifle. But I've found my 60 works best with the CCI Blazers for cheap bulk. For how much I paid for this gun, I can't believe how much of a treat it is to shoot. :D I have a feeling this will begin to rival a knife addiction.

Here's a full 60 mag, 14 shots at 50 yards off hand.

I'm a big rimfire fan I currently own these in 22lr

Ruger 10/22 with a Butler Creek folding stock

Savage MKII bolt action

Ruger Single Six with 9.5 in. barrel

Ithica 49 single shot lever action

Henry "survival rifle" while it's realy cool I actualy hate it because it seems to jam on just about all rimfire ammo I've tried.

N.E.F R92 revolver

How can anyone not like a .22? :p

I've only got three. A Marlin Model 60FS, a Remington Nylon 66 and a Ruger Mark II 678.

I'd love to get my hands on a lefty Browning T-Bolt but it'll have to wait a while.

I have a bunch of .22 rifles, but only a few pics...

I also have a old Mossberg, a 10-22 stainless, a ruger 22-45, and a high standard "double 9".

Nice guns guys.

Nice pics, One-Leg. I think my first ever hard-on was looking at an Apache Black Nylon 66 in a Sports Afield magazine in the early '60s.

I don't know how old you are, but back then, there just wasn't anything else around that sexy! :D

I'm a fan of the S&W M&P 15-22.

It's essentially a polymer AR15 clone in .22LR.

Fantastic gun!

Thanks datsgor
There was only 307 of these stocks made.

I love the stock and it seems to be excellent quality walnut...
