Any experience with Bento Box Shop?

Just got my m4 Manix and i made it very complicated for them and they helped me in every way possible through almost instant emails back . AWESOME service to the letter .

Their shipping and all was quick and good, but I have a couple of concerns:

1. How can they say, as a vendor of products, that they are not responsible for packages getting safely to their customers? If something happens and we didn't buy insurance, they can really just turn around and say it's our fault?

2. They advertised the M4 Manix 2 as a "Limited run of 600." (Or maybe 400, was it?) Then after they shipped them to everyone, they said, "We can order 600 more any time we like." One reason I got this knife was because I thought it would be a collectible Manix, but now that they can produce them any time they like... it's not really collectible.

3. They were selling high on the CTS-20CP Para 2 because it actually was a limited run. No problem. But another vendor just got his in, and he's selling at a low price. So either coincidentally or to compete, Bento Box Shop put theirs on a $50 "sale." Playing supply/demand in real time like this makes sense, but we usually see it that quickly from individuals selling knives rather than vendors.

So although their service was good, I'm not sure I'll be buying from Bento Box Shop again.

Don't know, but I try not to do business with people who work that way unless the price is something exceptional.

I used them a couple of times.Very fast shipping,reasonable prices,No complaints.

The fact that you use paypal should assure you that this is of little to no consequence.
