Following the various "So-and-so stole my money" or "Mr. Knifemaker doesn't deliver" threads make me wonder.
Has anyone ever made good on a large number of dissatisfied customers? I'm not talking about a maker who has a bad month or two but gets things back together, or the maker who has one or two very vocal and dissatisfied customers, but rather someone who shows a pattern of unsavory business practices over a significant period of time.
