Any interest in CQC-12 and HD-7?

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT Today :mad:

The order didn't pull through. I sincerely apologize for this and will be sending emails and PM's to those who have already paid. I will be doing full refunds and making sure things are set right with everyone.

My distributor pushed the date back another two weeks, so I gave them a call this morning. They told me "yup, two more weeks." Unsatisfied with this answer, I called Emerson Knives themselves and discovered that the frame locked folders, HD-7 and CQC-12, are nowhere on their 14-16 week calendar :grumpy: They had no idea why or how my distributor is coming up with these dates.

I have concluded that after refunds are issued and amends are made that I will probably just close this thread or let it fade away.

Thank you all for your support and interest, again I apologize for the inconvenience this has been, it was very unexpected and a big disappointment.

Same thing happened at yourcornerstore. They now "claim" it's coming March 27th. What the hell?

I wouldn't count on that date either. I called Emerson again just now about Lycosa's CQC-7B and even those are on back order for a couple of weeks/months.

My suggestion is buy them while you can, 'cause it looks like there is a dry spell of new emersons coming out for at least 3-4 months. I don't like how the distributors are stringing everybody along. For now on I'll call orders in directly instead of relying on the "system."
 
I'd like an HD7 and a 12 in satin (no serrations) if possible.

I've only got a Thai bank account so hope there's some way I can pay you from that - If not I'll see if Haze can help me out as i'll be seeing him in April.

Thank you for your support, but at this time the order isn't looking like it's going to come in anytime soon. I'll be sure to post when they actually do come in. So far the word from Emerson Knives is they aren't planning on working on these for 3-4 months :grumpy:

By that time I'll be buying one for myself too :D
 
I got my $$$ back this morning. When Ernie does do a run, I'll be the first to prepay. :D
