Any left-handed knives in the works?

Sounds like a good idea for a sprint run. Probably wouldn't sell enough of them to make them a regular part of their line.

i'd definitely get one...
maybe a left handed para or millie?:D:D

Para is definitely a knife that can be operated both hands.

LH Millie? I might pick one up to play with. :)

I'm left handed, but I don't have any problems with right handed liner locks as long as there's enough space for my left thumb for opening. I don't understand how people can have a hard time operating them.

I don't think it's about having a hard time with the liner lock, but more to do with the current curved clip configuration and how it can't be moved over for LH people.

I love the curved clip and really wish they wouldn't change it. It's bigger then the other standard (Police3/Endura) Spyderco clips. It just sets the knife right in my pocket. :)

We're planning a short run of left handed Military's before we modify the clip for an upgrade in design.

Great news!
I love my Mili and it works fine for me, but I'd definitely get a lefty.
Any idea what steel/handle material it could be?

When you say "left handed", does that mean the liner lock will also be reversed, or that you're simply going to move the clip location for left handed carry?

of course the lock can be operated by either hand. but most liner locks only come with a clip on one side--using a knife that comes out of the (left) pocket "backwards" is awkward/dangerous

yup the para can be operated left handed... much like the yojimbo... but the clip is only mounted on one side unlike the yo..... wish they would give the options like the other models of spydies....:D

Many of you righties say how it doesn't seem that hard...well why don't you pick up a left handed knife and use it until you realize how annoying it is not being able to change the pocket clip along with a linear lock geared twoards being used with the opposite hand...

being a lefty has saved me A LOT of money on knives! A LOT OF MONEY!!!

so, maybe i don't want any more lefty-knives!...

naaaaah, bring it on :D

So true, I have to close most of my liner locks with either both hands or my right hand because of how awkward it is. I'm definately going to pick one of these up :D

I've been just fine.

Course I use both hands, but I write left handed. Never had a problem operating the liner lock or using the clip.
