Any news on new ZTs for 2010

I am shocked no one has picked up on this.... does the 2 clip screw holes being in-line mean that we will be seeing a Kershaw/ZT fold-over (read: low ride) clip :)

I believe you're right. Since there are clip holes on the left it looks as though it will be a 4-way carry.
I lightened the pic up quite a bit to see it better. The old monitor I'm currently on has "lost" some of it's brightness. :)

If the ZT line starts offering more non-AO and non-recurve knives I'll be all over them.

Your monitor is fine. Your eyes are going bad old man! :p

I actually quite like this one. Though admittedly not on the first impression but it kinda grew on me. I can see that this will be quite nice for SD and if it's a ZT I know how strongly built and what quality to expect.

Any idea of the materials and price?

Not much I can add to this thread. ZT......SWEET design.......sleek profile.......S30V.........and most importantly, drab colors and a coated blade!!!:D I'm all over it as soon as it hits the streets, maybe even sooner:cool:

Tq. That ain't too bad. I just saw the specs on page 1, My mind just hazed over that post with the specs :)

Any idea how thick the blade, the G10, the lockbar and the opposing liners? I mean with this blade shape, I suppose it won't be thin?

All I know is what Thomas posted in post #3. He's been pretty busy
lately but I'm sure he'll have some detailed specs before to long.

.125" blade, .09" G-10, .016" PB washers, .078" 410 liner/liner lock

Skyline from hell is very fitting

I like the blade shape much better than the 200 or 300 series, but the handle just does not do it for me. :(

On a much earlier thread, I claimed that in 2010 to keep my knife buying in check, I was only going to purchase Spydies. There goes that promise :p

Here's a screenshot from the vid milspecmonkey posted on YT.

The clip looks interesting, any word if this is just on the proto? I was thinking it'd be a lowrider clip. Also any news on the thumb studs? They look like the 'staircase' type found on the Blur, seems like they'd be uncomfortable to use on a non assisted knife.
