Just wondering what yall use? I use a Diana RWS 34 in .22. The gun is a bit heavy and a bit pricey for someone not into air guns but its a great made gun. 1 inch groups at 50 which is nice for a spring pellet gun. Would be cool to see if there are any other air gun shooters out there, and what yall use.

I got a 1377 i use it for birds and rats also, Been looking at a 1322 Might have to pick it up now, thanks for the thread!

I have a weihrauch 80k, .22cal, air arms Tx 200 mk3 .177, hw 45 .177, browning 800 mag .22 cal

Stoger x10 .177. And I can't shoot them on my property because I was reported to our HOA ! Bummer

Nice gun! I use a Beeman RS2 in .22 to hunt squirrel, rabbit, etc. Not a great gun, but it is accurate enough to 50 to hit what I'm aiming at if I do my part. Eventually would like an RWS Magnum 460 in .22, as well as an Avanti/Daisy 853 for target/plinking.

Nice rifles guys, I miss shooting, the 460 is sweet, also the 350. I'm a springer guy. The tx 200 is so accurate. Hw as well. After I got the artillery hold down shot placement went way up.

I have a GAMO Whisper in .177 cliber. The sights are High Viz type and the air gun came with a 4X Scope (brand unknown). I use the Copper Head pellets made by Crossman and this air gun shots deadly accurate at 25 yards. I mainly hunt these little Ground Squirels for they are a callenge ta hit.

your beeman has a quick recoil with that gas ram I bet, that's a nice powerful rifle.

Find the right pellet for your rifle is key, then shoot that pellet exclusively. Keep the barrel clean, say every 100 shots, artillery hold, and practice. Oh boy I miss shooting, I was getting ready to sell some of my rifle too, I don't know if I could bring myself to it.

Not in ages, but in my youth I used to bag squirrels, dove and quail with an old Benjamin Franklin 317, .177 caliber. It was a pretty darned nice piece back in the day.

I live in a small town so no HOA but the neighbors called the DNR a few times on me when they see me cleaning some squirrels. That sucks that happened to you man, you got your self some nice guns. Get em out to a range!

I have tried, there's a 2 year waiting list for the 2 ranges that are near me.

Fairly powerful. With Crossman premier hollowpoints (most accurate hunting round I've found), I'm estimating I get about 700 fps. The gas ram is pretty interesting. Need to make sure you don't over lube it, or it will diesel the airgun oil. Getting the artillery hold down is a must for this one. Been using the iron sights on it now, exclusively. Much happier than when I was trying to use the scope, since I couldn't get past trying to use it the way I would a high-power.

I'm going to install a sling for it, and make a nice woods gun - since I can carry an assload of ammunition with me easily.

I had an earlier version of that Crossman in .177 - it was fun, but ultimately, a bit disappointing. Stock was uncomfortable, and didn't lock into place very solidly. Maybe they've improved it. I'd also look at a springer, rather than a multi-pump, personally - especially since the max velocity on this one is a bit low for game. But that's me.

You should be able to find a new o-ring and bushing kit for the 1377, it might be as simple as a bad seal.

I have a hawke airmax 3-12-40 on my hw and AA tx200. They are decent for that price range with bkl one piece mounts. No slippage , nice and tight. The CPL in the card board box shoot awesome in my rifles, they also shoot flatter and hold a little more energy down range, like JSBs. Also started to lube my pellets with white lightning, it's wax base lube for bikes, so it will not diesel.

I'm pretty sure it is just a seal and maybe an obstructed cylinder, I'd like to get it fixed as this particular one has seen action since the 70's.

I'm just not capable of opening up airguns, I'm not on that level of the hobby.

And I'm pretty sure the 1322 variant in that kit will serve me well as I'm used to the old school 1377, hell it may even be an upgrade with the bolt action.

If you work with something clunky your whole life another version can't dissapoint you.

Beeman R-7 since 1985, nothing fancy. Kills squirrels (head shots) and rabbits pretty well, fairly quiet.
