Any one remember (Grizzly Adams)

Yep. When I was a teen my dad watched it every week. He was also a Jeramiah Johnson fan. Whatched that every time it was on too.

Of course being a teen I didn't know what I was missing.

Thanks for the memory. That was a great show. I had forgotten all about it !!

:)

Who the heck are you calling "Old Timer"? :p

But yes, I remember the show well.

Classic.
I actually ran into Dan at bike week, in Daytona....about 20 years ago.
Mellow guy. Killer bikes.
He's gotta be pushing 75 by now.:grumpy:

Looks like Tiger got a bit frisky too. In all fairness I do have doubts about wikipedia. It is " supposed" to be " factual" - which in MANY cases is just people adding BS. Just trying to be fair............it is the internet-Thanks

I remember seeing ad's for the show when it came out, but I don't remember ever watching it. I was in my 30's at the time (yes, I am an old timer), and pretty busy. Didn't watch much television in those days.

I agree about Wikipedia.

Wow, that brought back a flood of memories from the teenage years! He was a terrible actor, but for some reason I loved the show.

that is why I added other post. Wiki has become a gossip page and not an encyclopedia.:thumbdn: Hope I didn't offend with first post-Thank You:)

Growing up in northern saskatchewan we had 2 channels and all reruns(ahh CBC)
Loved the show as a kid, I think they played it back to back with little house on the prairie.

I think you're right, I remember watching the show a few times but reading this I kept thinking it didn't hold much interest because it was too "Little House on the Prairie'ish".

Like "Lassie" only with a bear instead of a dog; or "Fury" only with a bear instead of a horse; or "Sky King" with a bear instead of an airplane...of course at the time I liked watching Saturday morning "Lassie", "Fury", "Sky King", and "Rin Tin Tin"
