how long does it usually take to get a a knife from say ontario canada. i am just curious as i bought one about a week ago and was wondering when to be expecting it here. anyone who has shipped one can throw some knowledge my way

I wouldn't worry yet, this time of year our mail service is pretty slow. I have shipped to the US before, I think 2 weeks was the max. before it arrived.

not to worried j roc i was just curious as to how long it normally takes. i am one of those ppl where i just can't stand waiting for my new toys lol. i wasn't thinking anything bad was just curious how much longer i would be in agony for :)

Exactly where are you anyway? If you're in Michigan you might have a problem, if you're in Alaska...

By my experience, a week or two. Notice my location though, a week is excellent, two weeks normal, three weeks uncomfortably long but acceptable. Four weeks and longer, I'd start getting worried. Patience is a virtue. :D

The knives I have shipped to the States via regular post have taken between 7 to 10 business days so say a week and a half to two weeks.

Usually takes about 10 day for a package to arrive when I send from Cape Breton. The longest was 15 days, which went to Wyoming.

Depends where you are shipping from in Canada and the level of postage you purchase.

I have always shipped expressmail from Canada and it USED to take 5 - 7 days. Now it is upwards of 10 Days and this costs me $33.00 Not worth it.

Now if I make a trade or sell into the USA I factor in FedEx which is two days and costs $50.

Busier centers like Vancouver, Toronto etc are always slower.
