Hi, An old retired guy needs some help. I was cheated out of a large sum of money ($375.00) on a knife purchase. The guy cashed my money order and kept the knife. He lives in Cicero, Illinois. If you would be willing to help me please email at: rick45acp(remove)@gmail.com

did you use a USPS money order? If you did that constitutes mail fraud. a Felony ...you could also contact your Postal Inspector at your local post office.
 
Esav could probably give you some guidance with this issue on Postal regs...PM him, he's a very considerate person.
