Any Pop's ProCut Dialogue?

Really? I was gifted the mini Pendleton (not the Lite version). It's a full 3/16" at the spine. It does have a hollow grind, but the BTE geometry isn't very good at all. Never used it. I guess I might be getting off track a bit on discussoin about ProCut.

I should say it was good for the $25 it cost me.

Back on topic, I’ve only used one knife in Procut. It worked very well. It was a pass around knife so I didn’t lower the bevel angle like I would if it were mine. I’d like to see how it does in a Japanese style Gyuto or other really thin edge knife. I’ve been running my Bunka and Petty low enough they get a microbevel from the Sharp Maker 15 degree slots.
