Any problems with KnifeWorks?

I haven't bought from them, but I have been around the block a few times and recognize quality.

Knifeworks is top notch. I have visited with Roger (the owner) many times on the phone and actually got to meet him at SHOT. He is a great guy and is a completely straight shooter.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

:D Now that's a recommendation... from a direct competitor. Knifeworks is G-T-G! And so is Knives Ship Free for that matter. Both stand-up, customer-oriented sellers. I speak from wa-a-a-y-y too much experience with both of them.
 
beware! only order from them if you want youre knife on time and the correct order.beware!they replace knife if not satisfied.balls in youre court.they will also answer youre emails and phone calls on time bastards!
 
Great dealer and very nice people. The most of my recent knife purchases came either from knifeworks or NGK.
I am expecting to receive Santoku from KW tomorrow. So far I didn't see anything except an excellent service from roger and his staff.

There are no better people in the knife retail business than Roger and his staff.
You may have caught them after-hours on a Friday.

I assume you have the knife now?
 
One of my two favorite vendors tp buy from online. I met Roger, the owner, at last year s Blade. Great guy . His customer service has always been top quality.
 
I love Knifeworks. I get lots of blades there. They also do decent engraving which I have had done for my girlfriend & wedding gift knives.
 
Be forewarned that KW's inventory system is mediocre at best. The last two orders I have placed I was advised after the fact that they were out of stock, though the website showed the item as in stock. The website is still showing the item in stock two days after I placed my order. I have had great experiences with KW's in the past (I previously left a positive review), but the last experience has left a bit of sour taste in my mouth concerning the inventory system and my CC being charged even though the item wasn't in stock. The first time I was called and there was sincere apologies, but this last time was some email correspondence and more of a "whatever" attitude.

If you order from them I strongly suggest that you call first to verify that they have the item you want is in stock.

You might end up disappointed otherwise.
