Your XL cold steel is impractical to carry
Why? Ambidextrous pocket clip, wave opening feature, solid aluminium ring instead of sandwiched liner material, fits well in the hand instead of being too tiny to hold like a Karahawk or SCH111.

Ugly as deadpool?
Is this a fashion show? Tools don't have to be pretty, and weapons are meant to be felt, not seen: intimidation is a useless tactic amonst serious fighters. Your point?

...and has no advantages other than size and weight over a karambit
It weighs 5.1oz and is on par with the Emerson Super Karambit in length. unless you weigh <100lbs, how does this matter? This isn't comparing a Junglas to a Bk9: weights are comparable. What functional advantages does the Fox have?

You referenced the CS XL Espada, which weighs 14.2oz and has just a blade length of 7.5in. If you compare the fox to the CS 22KF it gets more reasonable, but that's still nearly 1/3rd of the weight difference.

I like knives to look pretty, the CS is ugly and not a very effective karambit, being nearly straight and all.

Again, if you are comparing the 2 karambits it gets more reasonable, but the fox is still my hoice between the 2.

I've used the Fox during training, never once had the blade collapse. I *hate* the Triad lock, which means I wouldn't pick the CS regardless.

Because you're upset about being called out on a lack of experience in blade use? Just because you have a paid account and post a lot, it does not imply experience. You're advising use of the retention ring in the worst way imaginable.

If we were in a certain section of BF, I would tell you where to shove your experience. I have offered nothing but my own experience with the knife to add to the thread and in no way asked for your input, either on my technique or the fact that I paid for a membership and post a lot, both of which are, by the way, irrelevant and brought up solely in an attempt to troll and insult.

Seeing as we are not, in fact, in that certain section, I will simply ignore your hilarious posts and move on, because you clearly have a serious passion for the subject and as such are unlikely to tolerate any other opinions. Have a nice day ;)

Your own current signature is an ad to sell off your Fox kbit. Why?

Also, you're a child in the eyes of the law...

What possible relevant experience could you possess? You're not even old enough to own a proper weapon.

Pulling the age card nullifies any argument you might have, as soon as you attempt to nullify someone else's points based on an arbitrary part of their being, you nullify your own points in the eyes of everybody else. Poor move on your part.

Aaaaand, no answers to the questions I posted, besides "I don't like triad locks".

Yahyahyah, threaten people on the interwebs, move along folks.

As for age card...

It's a shame that a self-admitted young adult is acting more mature than an unknown CS fanboi. Sad really.

So now it has become a case of determining who is rubber, and who is glue...
Sad.

6-year old thread, resurrected by someone with a point to prove and way too much time on his hands. I have no dog in this fight, let the children be children and the adults have a hearty chuckle.

'Your personal preferences are stupid because you don't like what I have determined is the best option'

That about sums up your argument, dogbert.
