Any update on the Fighting Back giveaway?

Anybody? Especially the winners near the bottom of the list.

I emailed Tim a little over two weeks ago, asked him how everything was going. He said he was trying to get the rest sent out the rest of that week. Haven't heard any new news yet.

I sorta promised it as a gift to my dad when it arrived. Should I just consider it hopeless?

I haven't recieved any news or replies to my emails. I was almost at the bottom of the list. From what I understand he had to sharpen them up still. Thats alot of knives to sharpen and ship out. I hope he does as I have never owned a doctor or a canoe. I emailed another member also and he has not recieves it either. I'm sure he will follow through.

On 7/4 I recieved an email from Tim saying that, about half had gone out and the other half would go out that week, after I had posted inquiring about that topic. It got moved from the traditional forum to this one quickly and locked.

Folks, that giveaway is no longer a bladeforums.com matter which is why it was moved and closed. It is beyond our ablilty to compel the delivery of the promised knives and we have no information regarding their availability, existence or status.

The "donor" in the giveaway has been banned by the owner of this website but previous to that time he posted and requested that he be contacted via email by anyone with questions. Unfortunately, that is the only remedy we can suggest. I believe his website may have telephonic contact information as well.
