For about a week now I have been carrying my Case Trapper in one of Cases trapper sheaths. Its really working out well nice sheath, light weight. not to bulky and easy access. Anybody else use a belt sheath for a slippie. Thanks

BTW its a yellar handle with CV;)

Rayban,
Can you tell us more about the one in your pocket holding what looks like a yellow slimline? Custom? It's great!

i always carry a northfield lockback folder in stag [which was gifted to me by a very generous fellow of these forums] in a nylon one.

most of the time they're in a soft sleeve in the pocket
currently it's a benchmade slip, one of those you get with the knives
great to avoid pocket lint and scratches

the CV trapper gets occasional carry in a custom sheath

Thanks y'all but that sheath is all rayban. He does some great leather work. I like wearing it as often as possible.

There's a lot of people in the forum from whom you don't want an answer!!!

I was waiting for someone to bring this up! :D

I gotta admit there's some nice looking leather work here.

Up here in Canada the law regarding carry is based on concealment, so I never conceal, well almost never. ;-)

Best regards

Robin

I've been using the soft pouch that comes with Canal Street's knives. Not so much to protect the knife (although its appreciated) but the pouches provide a little more traction and prevent the knife from ending up horizontally at the bottom of my pocket.

not too much. i don't really like things on my belt. i honestly wouldn't mind a pocket one like rayban and 300 posted.

I made em...simple little things to keep your loose change from nicking up the bolsters.

(note: I don't do that sharp top corner any more...ouch.)

Yep - I hate having a knife lying on its side at the bottom of my pocket; looks and feels awkward as heck and it's hard to reach.

I'm partial to the William Henry Clipcase. It keeps the knife vertical, protected and instantly accessible at the top of my pocket. The medium version accommodates most of the knives I'm likely to carry.

I've been using this cheapy case for larger knives like the Seahorse whittler and GEC lockback until I find something nicer, but it works fine.
