Anybody have a knife that resides only in their vehicle?

Leatherman Core, Gerber Obsidian, Gerber FB and a SAK (medium-sized one). I don't like Gerber, but I've never had to use any of the knives - so I can bust the hell out of them if I need to.

Don't mention truck knife on JD ;). Right now, I have a Leatherman Wave in the drivers side door pocket, along with a Columbia Kershaw clone carabiner knife. I also have a few junker slipjoints in there right now rolling around on the back floor. Cold Steel Finn Bear and Finn Wolf. Also, a Victorinox OHT and blue alox Farmer in my Maxpedition Jumbo. Last but not least, I have a Gerber saw that I picked up super cheap, in the trunk.

I also have a Surefire G2 in my drivers side door pocket, as well as a diamond hone.

Yeah a Mantis Psyco, what a interesting piece. My girlfriend tries SO hard to find stuff for me when it comes to gifts but she really missed the mark on this one. With that said, I tell her I keep it in my truck just in case I ever really need it, lol!!

I have one of the old style leatherman waves up front, and a more well stocked toolbag in the trunk

I have three moras, a JK, Berkely and Rapala fillet knives, an Eastwing hatchet, an Old Hickory cleaver, and a Schrade vise grip multitool in my vehicle. Maybe more if I d look.

edited Coldsteel Bushman in there to

edited , Coldsteel Ida also. I think that it. no wait , a Herters belt knife.

I have a B.O.B. at all times in the vehicle. My B.O.B. knife is a Mora 511. Good enough for the kit, cheap enough not to have to worry about it going missing.

I keep a BM585 mini-Barrage (it's an extra that I have) and a Leatherman Charge AL in my vehicle at all times. A Coleman Cree light too. But I like some of the other suggestions too, depending on the part of the country you live in.

mora clipper 860.
just lives in with the tyre changing gear until needed.

very useful when a 'roo banzais through the radiator. at least the dogs will get a feed out of the repair bill.

A Spyderco Tenacious (fully serrated) and a Victorinox Deluxe Tinker in the center console; an old Cold Steel SRK under the blanket on the floor of the back seat.

Car stuff:

SAK Camper
Kershaw Whiplash
CRKT Desert Cruiser
Cold Steel Kopis Machete

And no, there is no rational reason for having that many...that's just what lives in there in random spots.

Quite a few in my Jeep; Buck Nighthawk between the seat and center console, Pilot Survival knife in back compartment near rear hatch, CRKT Dogfish hanging from cig. lighter, Leatherman Wave in console cupholder, SOG Flash II in overhead visor. Filet knife in console. CS Kuhkri machete in back compartment.

Truck... Becker BK9, Leatherman Super Tool, 2 big Maglite D cell flashlights, CS SF Shovel, CS Escrima Stick. Motorcycles... CS Rajah 2, BM 710, Neck knife (Tops Baghdad Bullet or BM Rant D2 or Gryphon M30A1) Fenix PD10 flashlight.

Leatherman multi-tool. Gets a lot of use.

Cold Steel Vaquaero Grande. Just because I have no better place to put it. Never gets any use. Mainly for 'deterrent.' I'd never fight with it, just hoping it looks scary enough!

Sure.......a Leatherman Super Tool and a no name SAK in the trunk and a Spyderco Assist in the center console.
