I still have many hurdles to jump before I get the go ahead to buy.

well, clear them hurdles!
i'll bet you could sell a fair amount of that stuff here.
$70/bar is much more manageable than $300-$600 per sheet at the other place.

They are also considering CTS-BD1 which is supposedly similar to ATS-34 I am told.

CTS-BD1 would be $15.00/lb
