anybody like Dune?

I read Ranks books 10 times each, painstakingly researching every facet of the BG.
Mcnelly did not. If he did, he chose to ignore and change facts.
I know what im talking about.
Do your homework.

Try to understand, my work is not a piece of fiction based upon a piece of fiction.
It is a piece of non-fiction based upon a piece of fiction based upon non-fiction.

Almost every Part of Franks work was based or mirrored something in the real world.

COMPUTERS ARE EVIL! They have no reflection in a mirror and they all have devil tails! :grumpy:

"Dune" and Frank Herbert I really liked, the books, that is. The movie was a droner. Kept nodding off. Liked the way the women talked when they used "The Voice."

Danny, you did a marvelous job with your book. Thanks for sharing it.

As I said, I thought Herbert borrowed extensively from existing desert environments and societies. I'm sure he also took a heaping helping of
"Eastern Arts"

I appreciate the enormous effort you put into your book, Danny. These practical and even religious guidebooks are not my cup of tea.

I would caution you to be careful with it. I don't understand copyright laws, and they scare me.

take care,
