I ordered a few things from them a few days ago and I still haven't received a tracking # or even an order confirmation. Is this normal for them or do they usually send out this information by now?? Just the first time I've ever used them and I don't want to call if that's just how they do business and waste their time. Thanks and this is not a complaint just me being curious.

I did. I wasn't too impressed, they have piles of stuff on their website as in stock that they don't actually have, then they send an email to tell you that it is backordered and you have to call them again to sort it out. However, I will say that they were pretty quick with the emails. Maybe you didn't give them a correct one or something.
Thank you very much I called the number you posted up and they answered on the first ring and said that my order shipped out today but I didn't get a tracking number because they used USPS to ship my order which is fine by me. I've had better luck with them than UPS anyway and they did have the knives I ordered in stock and the Sharpmaker. Now the waiting game haha. Thanks again. O and they did send me an order confirmation that I found in my junk mail folder. Made me feel dumb cause I usually always check that folder anyway just to make sure nothing got sent there on accident.
