I purchased a knife from www.savsonswordsandknives.com over a week ago and have been having trouble contacting them. They list an email and a phone # as contacts but none of them work. I've sent 5 emails and called at least 7 times and have never received a reply or call back. I have a problem with my order because they sent me the wrong item but it's frustrating because there is no way to contact them. Before I do a dispute with my bank I was wondering if anyone else has used this site and had any problems? I'm hoping they went on vacation or something and forgot to update their answering machine.

They have a bit of a reputation; and you are not an isolated incident. It might be prudent to contact your bank and shut it down. Sorry to hear about stuff like this, I know my frustration level is off the chart when something similar gets me. Good luck, and please keep everyone posted on how it goes.

I ordered from this site on 9-12-08. recived a conformation sayin it was recived. THey took my money on 9-13-08 saturday.Now a week went by and nuthin. they sent me an email on the 19th sayin it was shipped. so i go online and seen theyve been reported to the bbb alot. its now 9-26-08 and still no tracking number cant contact them. there phones not working. havent recived any replies to emails. So now i have to take this to the bank and try and get my money back so i can buy the knife from newgrahams. So just lettin yall knw Savson got another one..
 
Ditto on Big philly 1 post.

My order was on 9-14-08 and still no knife and no communication from them. So, now doing a charge back on my cc.
 
Just a small update that my bank completed a chargeback and I got ALL my money back and I still have the wrong knife they sent me. The bank said that they tried to contact the savson company for 2 months and could not get in contact.

There is no way for me to send this back because I can't even get an RMA # since they ignore phone calls. I hope this company burns down.
