Yes, I can. I've been there in my own work environment. Producing and the stress that comes with it is huge.
That said, it's not an individual burden. A company works together to produce for it's consumers.
Your'e right. They do work hard. As does any company striving to produce an excellent product. Every major company experiences the breathing down the neck, the constant complaints, incessant "why didn't you do it this way", etc.
However, KAI and Thomas are not the only people that have chosen to meet the internet consumer hordes, head on. Others have, as well.
There is a difference, however, between those that have and stay, and those that have and left. Thomas chose to take offense and to entertain antagonists. He chose it time and time, again. I've watched it. You cannot win internet arguments, no matter how many "followers" you may feel you have. Thomas found that he can not control the masses, and so he left. It's not the first time, either.
Ah, but here is where you are so very wrong. KAI does have to produce knives for our enjoyment, else they will disappear as so many cutlery companies, before them. It's actually for the best that people do keep their criticisms loud and audible, as that's what keeps the industry improving.
See, they need our complaints even more than our praise. It's what keeps us buying. Gang mentality, however, is what will kill a good company.
