Anyone else obsessed with Ghost Jade Green G10?

Ghost G10 was one of the choices for the liners of the micarta handle on a group of 10 custom khukuris, and what I chose.

I only have one, I do like it but it's true the translucence can be good or bad depending on what it reveals. I had no idea it was just "natural" G10, but absolutely "ghost jade" sounds way cooler. It must not be so popular among the average knife buyers or we'd be sure to see more of it given the cost for the raw material is lower.

I really enjoy the Moonglow Native 5 EDCF model. I don't know how Moonglow G10 is related to Jade Green (natural G10).

Anodize the liners around the Jade Ghost Green Bad Monkey! It is actually very cool looking in the sunlight!

Iv heard of a natural g10 in honeydew it seems a little lighter than jade ? im on the lookout for the lightest g10 in about 4 mm to let a blue g10 show through any ideas or examples please as I'm looking at a special commission.

Notice the Dodo, it has pink liners so it shows thru in the deepest Anso style grove. Eric at Shepard's Concealment on this forum created it. The Emerson was given life by Steve ( Boomer52) ,also on this forum.

"Natural" G10 is going to vary in shade quite a bit depending on the clarity of the epoxy used with the substrate and the thickness of the material.

It's a "proof of concept" proto. It's obviously much easier to make them in G-10 than in steel...... It lives in the shower room now.
