I recently purchased a knife from them and it turned out to be a little smaller than i thought. I called and e-mailed them to see what i need to do to exchange it for something else (They have a 30 day return policy....in theory). Since the shipping address is a PO box I cant return ship via tracked package to I wanted to confirm address. I have called 4 times, left two voice mails and sent 3 e-mails which have all gone unanswered, since 9/26. The absolute worst customer service I have encountered in all online purchases I have ever made!
